they are all great, but that last one is fantastic.
English holidays - you can't beat them. I'll just reminisce (sp.?) if I may.
Looks windswept and wonderful... enjoy it!
Oh I love Whitby and it has some of the best fish and chip shops in the world. I hope you sampled them.
Happy Easter!
We did - the world famous Magpie. Also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Moon & Sixpence, a newish restaurant on the harbour that had the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted!
Just dropped in to say, "Wow!" - your blog is featured in the Mail on Sunday. I'm going on to their website to rate it now. Well done. You deserve to be featured.
As for Whitby, I love it. I had a really nice holiday in Whitby once. We stayed in a pub and all the regulars were very friendly and very funny (as in witty, not peculiar!).
was it mash? there seems to be some craze for crushed potatoes. crushed potatoes - that's just people too lazy to make mash
One of the best holidys we have had was at Robin Hoods Bay. Used to pop over to Whitby for a bit of sophistication. Great photos.
Yay Whitby, around 45 mins drive from me. My parents have had a caravan up on the cliffs along from the Abbey since I was a kid. Nice place always very busy !!
