Around our Kaikoura coastline people put up heaps of those things, the Road Nazi's eventually took them down claiming they were creating a hazard as drivers would slow down to rubber-neck and caused problems on the highway. That one looked like there was no way it could casue trouble out in the middle of nowehere...vandals then? There is such a lack of respect these days....
